Data deletion

You can delete your data from Viralix at any time. Last updated 22 October 2026.

This document describes how Viralix works today. It is a draft for the operator's legal review before launch and is not legal advice.

Delete it yourself

  • Disconnect a channel in Settings, Channels, and choose to also delete its analytics and conversations.
  • Delete a workspace in Settings, General.
  • Delete your account in Settings, Security.

Access tokens are removed immediately. Other personal data is purged within 30 days and backups age out within 35 days. A deleted workspace is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then purged. The privacy policy lists how long each kind of data is otherwise kept.

If you removed Viralix from Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok

We receive the removal notice from the platform, mark the channel disconnected and delete the data it covers. When Facebook or Instagram sends a data deletion request, Viralix returns a confirmation code and a link to this page that you can quote when you contact us.

You can also remove Viralix's access at any time yourself: in your Google account permissions for YouTube, in Facebook's Business Integrations settings for Facebook and Instagram, and in your TikTok app settings.

Ask us to do it

Email support@viralix.art from the address on your account, with your confirmation code if you have one. We confirm within 30 days. We may need to keep a minimal record that a deletion happened, and data we are legally required to keep.
